SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Fort St. George is a premium menswear house and each garment is thoughtfully crafted with exceptional attention to detail, fine tailoring, and uncompromising quality standards. Every piece is produced in limited quantities and is made especially for you upon confirmation of the order.

Our usual dispatch timeline is 7–14 working days depending on the design, finishing requirements, embroidery detailing, and order volume. Limited-edition, hand-finished, and special-order pieces may require additional preparation time.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email containing the details of your purchase, including the item(s) ordered and the estimated delivery timeline.

All garments are crafted in-house and shipped from our studio in Chennai, India, and will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email along with the tracking number and link to the courier partner’s website for tracking purposes.

SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
We offer complimentary shipping across India for all prepaid orders through registered courier companies.

For deliveries within India, all applicable taxes and duties are included in the final price displayed on the website.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, festive periods, courier operations, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout depending on the destination country, shipment weight, packaging dimensions, and order value.

For deliveries outside India, customs duties, local taxes, import charges, and any additional fees imposed by the destination country are not included in the order value and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

These charges, if applicable, must be paid directly to the shipping partner or customs authority at the time of delivery. The amount of duties and taxes depends entirely on the regulations of the destination country.

If our shipping partner is unable to complete delivery due to refusal to accept the shipment, non-payment of customs duties or taxes, incorrect shipping information, repeated failed delivery attempts, or non-response from the consignee, the shipment may be returned to us.

In such cases, all return shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and associated handling fees incurred shall be borne entirely by the customer.

In the event that the shipment cannot be returned to India or the return charges are prohibitively high, Fort St. George reserves the right to abandon the shipment in the destination country and no refund shall be applicable in such cases.
